However, depending on the content of your inquiries/consultation, we may refer you to other services on each campus. [Non-UTokyo members] As this office is for UTokyo current students only, we do not accept inquiries/consultation/visiting request. A) In-person　14:00-17:00 Weekdays Please visit Room 333, 3F, 2nd Administration Building, Hongo Campus. *Counseling and individual consultations are available by appointment only. We are unable to offer these services to those without appointment during office hours. *We do not provide information or consultation regarding study abroad programs or exchange programs. *Information is not provided to persons outside the university (including applicants for admission). B) Online (Zoom) 14:00-17:00 Weekdays Available for inquiries and consultations of up to about 20 minutes. Please check the calendar below and feel free to use this service. Access permission cannot be given to non-UTokyo Cloud Mail holders.)  【Privacy Policy of ISSR】 International Student Support Room at the Center for Global Education (hereinafter referred to as ISSR) offers services with a strict confidentiality policy. Any individual information, including your use of our services and/or participation in programs/events conducted by ISSR, will not be released to other parties without the consent of the person concerned. However, information about ISSR users (information held by ISSR) may be used for the purpose of providing education and research in improving our services for international students, and of promoting the internationalization of the university.
